The 25th of December is Christmas Day. It is a family day and happy holiday for many people in different countries. People decorate fir trees (Christmas trees) with toys and candies. The children wait for Santa Claus, who rides a sleigh with reindeers to every house and brings them presents in his big Santa`s Sack.

The children also decorate their fireplace with bells and stockings to get a present from Santa.
Most of the time the children play outside in winter. They like to catch snowflakes, make a snowman and play snowballs.
