The oral cavity (mouth) is the initial part of the digestive tract, the opening through which food is taken.

Teeth
There are also teeth in the mouth. It is customary to distinguish between milk and molars. Milk teeth (20) exist only in childhood. They fall out and molars grow instead(30-32).

1.Do not open the bottles with your teeth.

3. Do not eat hot and cold food at the same time.
4.Brush your teeth morning and evening
5.Eat less sweets, more vegetables and fruits.

6.See the dentist twice a year.
7.Rinse your mouth after meal.
